About the Role
This is an on-site role, being on-site is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage site maintenance, including coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify any maintenance or safety issues
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between with external parties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in site management, property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills

Requirements
Must have at least TWO YEARS of supervisor/management experience in a custodial/janitorial setting.
Must have experience dealing with heavy-machinery.
Must have experience truck driving and being responsible for company equipment.
Must have a personal vehicle.
Must have experience managing a team of 6+.
Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
