This role is performed in our main office, being in-office is REQUIRED.

You will perform clerical and administrative functions to assist in overall company success.

The perfect candidate for this role will be responsible for facilitating communications within the office.
The duties can include:

Answering and redirecting phone calls.
Scheduling meetings.
Driving out to field sites (metro-Atlanta) on a regular basis.
Comfortable driving companies truck.
Providing personalized support for office staff.
Keeping files.
Setting interview appointments.
Managing the day-to-day operations of a company.

Requirements

  • ONE YEAR minimum required experience in office-setting administration. Employment will be verified.


  • Must have own personal vehicle

  • Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test.
